Church Staff Openings

Church Executive Assistant

Part‑Time (32+ hrs/wk) On‑Site · Avon, IN Schedule: Mon–Thu + events Location: 7209 E County Rd 100 S, Avon, IN 46123

Impact: Be the communication hub for our church family, coordinate events, and support the Lead Pastor—helping us serve people and operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office & Database Management: central inbox/support, database updates, process Growth Track/memberships/baptisms/dedications, report/analysis, update systems & procedures, office tasks, meeting notes & refreshments.
  • Event Coordination: plan/manage events, maintain master calendar, manage facility rentals, vendor communications, attend large events + select smaller, partner with Facilities/Housekeeping, manage Event Forms & requirements, oversee funerals & weddings logistics, organize meals/catering.
  • Support the Lead Pastor: assist pastoral care initiatives (card ministry, tithe challenge), research & data collection, prep materials, weekend execution support, correspondence, other tasks as assigned, organize class materials.

Qualifications

  • Prior office/administrative experience; excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills; able to operate office equipment.
  • Discretion with confidential/sensitive information; dependable and solutions‑oriented.
  • Financially conscientious; High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Uphold the moral standards of our church community.

Daycare Staff Openings

Full‑Time Lead Daycare Teacher
