Before/After School Care
5 to 12 Years
Children are growing and adapting at rapid rates so our staff is guided to be flexible and assess each child individually. Our placement in a specific program is based on developmental assessments and not specifically by chronological age. Although example ages are listed as a “guideline” for each of our programs, promotion to the next program age group is up to the discretion of Crossroads Daycare and not necessarily by your child’s birth date.
Crossroads provides a wonderful before and after school program, helping parents/guardians with their childcare needs from beginning to end. We also provide childcare during no-school and vacation days with pre-enrollment. In the mornings we help children get on the bus and off to school. We offer transportation for Hickory Elementary and Intermediate West. In the afternoons we help keep kids engaged spiritually, physically, and mentally. Our skilled teachers offer help with homework and fill their time with plenty of fun activities. School age children may be asked to take a rest period if it is deemed necessary.
