In this message, Pastor Craig emphasized the importance of managing our thoughts and understanding that our lives follow the direction of our strongest thoughts. Using scripture and the teachings of the Apostle Paul, the message showed how to overcome strongholds by inspecting our thoughts, calling out negative or worldly thoughts, and making them obedient to Christ. In this message, Pastor Craig discussed the importance of soul care and managing stress in life. He explained that soul care is an individual’s responsibility and not someone else’s. Pressure is a part of life, but it can also be an opportunity for growth and development. Overcoming stress involves praying diligently, maintaining an alert mind, and having a thankful heart.

In this message, Pastor Josh discussed the impact of loneliness on physical, emotional, and spiritual health and how loneliness can arise due to various factors like work and personal life imbalance, technology, and social media. Pastor Josh also introduced the He Is Always With Me resource, which can be found by clicking on the button below. 

In this message, Pastor Ashlee addressed depression and encouraged listeners that they are not alone in their struggles. She looked at the story of Elijah and identified four common symptoms of depression, as well as three tactics that we can use to win the battle for our mental health.
