QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 or older and be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to handle stress and problem-solve.
- Ability to keep confidential and sensitive information.
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- A commitment to serve as a moral and upstanding representative of the church community.

FULL TIME LEAD DAYCARE TEACHER
Crossroads Daycare has an immediate opening for a Full Time Lead Teacher in Avon, IN.
DESCRIPTION:
The duties of a Lead Daycare Teacher include ensuring the basic and educational needs of our students are met. As a nurturing daycare teacher, you will be required to prepare and deliver classroom activities, communicate with staff and parents, and ensure that the learning environment remains safe at all times. You should also be an excellent role model for our students.You should be creative, energetic, and able to encourage children’s personal expression and good behavior.

DESCRIPTION:
The Classroom Assistant Teacher will be passionate and dedicated to the children of the daycare center and work as an integral part of the team. This position will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children. You will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to work collaboratively with other staff members.

We are seeking a dependable and flexible individual to join our team as a classroom floater at our daycare. As a classroom floater, you will be responsible for assisting teachers and providing support in various classrooms and age groups as needed.
