Learn what leadership looks like at Crossroads and how to strengthen your character and gifting to fulfill your leadership potential.
Outcomes: Membership offered, serve team placement, plus next steps for Baptism, Groups, and more. Spiritual Gifts & DISC are completed in class.

Do I have to register?
No. Registration is appreciated so we can prep materials, but walk‑ins are welcome every Sunday at 11 AM.
Is childcare provided?
Yes. Crossroads Kids runs during the 11 AM service, so childcare is available while you're in Growth Track.
Will I be pressured to join or serve?
No pressure. Growth Track helps you discover your fit. We'll offer next steps like Membership, Baptism, Groups, and Serve Teams—at your pace.
Who leads Growth Track?
A team of trained facilitators. Growth Track Coordinators/Leaders are Kendall and Toni Mosburg.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Head to Room 117 a few minutes before 11 AM. A host can point you there; materials are provided.
